Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and cut all vegetables into small pieces. Brush with oil and, depending on variety, grill slowly for 8-12 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

In a bowl mix together ground beef, salt, pressed garlic, shallots, paprika and egg yolks and knead. Shape mixture into small meatballs.

3.

Rinse peppers, halve, remove seeds and white interior. Cut peppers into bite-sized pieces.

4.

Alternate sticking meatballs and red pepper pieces on wooden skewers. Brush skewers with oil and fry slowly on a hot grill until golden brown.
