150 grams Couscous
200 milliliters water

20 grams butter

Preparation steps

For the couscous: Put the couscous in a bowl. In a saucepan, bring 200 ml (approximately 1 cup) of water with a little salt to a boil, pour over the couscous, add 1 tablespoon oil and stir with a fork. Cover and let stand 15 minutes, add 20 grams (approximately 1 1/2 tablespoons) butter and fluff with a fork. Keep warm.

For the marinade: Rinse the lamb chops, pat dry, brush with a little oil and season with salt and pepper.

Preheat the grill and lightly oil the grates. Grill the lamb 3-4 minutes per side or until cooked to the desired degree of doneness. Serve with the couscous.
