2 bunches marjoram
salt
freshly ground peppers
vegetable oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse kippers and sprinkle inside and out with lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.

2.

Rinse marjoram, shake dry and set some aside for garnish. Stuff remaining marjoram into fish cavities.

3.

Coat fish with oil and grill on both sides for 5 minutes, brushing frequently with oil. Serve garnished with marjoram.
