- 1 Pineapple (halved and sliced)
- 4 Tbsps honey
- lemon juice (from one lemon)
- rosemary (stems discarded)
- Yogurt (to serve)

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the grill to its highest setting.

Heat the honey in a small pan and add the lemon juice.
3.
Brush the fruit with the honey mixture and place on a grill pan. Scatter over the rosemary and place under the grill for about 5 minutes, turning once and basting with the juices.
4.
Serve with the yogurt and honey to drizzle over.
