- For the bananas
- 2 large Banana
- 2 tsps lemon juice
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 4 tsps honey
- To serve
- Crème fraiche
- To decorate
- mint
Preparation steps

Heat the grill. Line the grill pan with foil.

Cut each nectarine in half, remove the stone and place the halves on the grill pan.
3.
Mix together the cinnamon and honey, then drizzle over the nectarines.
4.
Grill for 3–4 minutes until the honey caramelises and the nectarines are soft.
5.
Cut each unpeeled banana in half lengthwise. Sprinkle each half with lemon juice.
6.
Mix together the cinnamon and honey, then sprinkle onto the exposed surface of the bananas.
7.
Place the banana halves on the grill pan, peel side up. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side.
8.
Spoon a little creme fraiche on top of the bananas and nectarines. Decorate with mint leaves.
