Preparation steps

Prepare the grill for indirect grilling and preheat to medium-low heat.

Brush each spring onion with olive oil and season to taste with salt and pepper. Place the onions on the grill and grill for about 3 to 4 minutes, depending on the size of the onion, until lightly charred. Turn and grill 2 to 3 additional minutes, or until the onion bulb is softened. Brush the rosemary and lemon leaves with olive oil and grill for 45 to 60 seconds or until fragrant

Transfer onions and herbs to a pan or platter. Drizzle with fresh squeezed lemon juice and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve.
