For the dressing
4 Tbsps Strawberry vinegar
1 tsp honey
1 splash lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and dry lettuce and watercress and tear into smaller pieces if needed. Peel and halve onion and cut into strips. Rinse and dry strawberries and cut into quarters.

2.

Combine all salad ingredients and divide among four salad bowls. Prepare dressing by combining vinegar with honey, lemon juice, 2-3 tablespoons of water and oil. Season with salt. Drizzle dressing over salad and serve.
