4 Tbsps olive oil
3 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar

400 grams Halloumi cheese
½ tsp dried thyme

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the arugula and pat dry. Whisk together 2 tablespoons of the oil with the vinegar. Season with 1 pinch of sugar and 1 pinch of salt. Add the sesame seeds, and whisk until combined.

Drain the halloumi and slice crosswise. Mix the remaining oil with the thyme, and season with salt and pepper. Brush the sliced halloumi with the oil and thyme mixture. 

3.

Heat the grill. Add the halloumi, and grill for 7 minutes, turning ocassionally.

4.

Mix the arugula with the dressing. Arrange the halloumi on plates, and serve with the arugula.
