- 125 grams Arugula
- 1 organic lemon
- 2 Peaches
- Sea salt
- peppers
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 400 grams Halloumi cheese
- white bread (for serving)
Preparation steps

Rinse the arugula and shake dry. Rinse the lemon, grate the zest, halve and squeeze the juice. Rinse, halve and pit the peaches. Coat with 1 tablespoon oil and season with lemon zest and a little salt and pepper. Cut the cheese into 8 slices.

Cook the cheese and peaches on the hot grill 4-8 minutes until golden. Toss the arugula with the lemon juice and oil, transfer to plates, top each serving with a peach and 2 cheese slices and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve with white bread.
