1 Red paprika
250 grams Halloumi cheese
1 small Zucchini
salt
peppers
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsps olive oil
1 tsp chopped parsley
1 garlic clove

Preparation steps

Trim peppers, rinse and cut into 24 pieces. Rinse zucchini, remove stems and flowers and cut into 12 slices. Slice halloumi cut into 12 pieces. Thread 12 skewers alternately with peppers, halloumi, zucchini, finishing with pepper pieces.

Peel garlic and squeeze through a press into olive oil. Mix with lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, mix in the parsley and brush over the skewers. Cook quickly on the preheated grill on all sides until brown. Serve hot.
