- 18 ozs Halloumi cheese (cut into 2)
- 2 lemons (halved)
- 4 Dried tomatoes (in oil, chopped)
- 3 Tbsps Chili oil
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 1 bunch Arugula
Preparation steps

Preheat the grill to hot.

Place the cheese and the lemons on the grill and cook until golden brown.

Mix together the tomatoes, oil and the lemon juice and season to taste.

Arrange the cheese and a lemon half on plates and drizzle with the vinaigrette. Serve garnished with arugula.
