2 small Zucchini
1 Corn
2 onions
Bell pepper (1 red, yellow and green)
salt
freshly ground peppers
4 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the onions and cut into eighths. Rinse the peppers, halve, remove seeds and ribs and cut into bite size pieces.

Rinse and trim zucchini and cut into thick slices.

3.

Rinse the corn, and parboil in boiling salted water for 10 minutes. Drain well and cut into thick slices.

4.

Thread vegetable pieces alternately onto skewers. Season with salt and pepper and brush with olive oil. Place on the grill on aluminum foil and cook for about 10 minutes (depending on the size of the pieces), turning occasionally and brushing with oil.
