4 fresh Curry leaves
250 milliliters Coconut cream (unsweetened)
1 Tbsp Cumin
2 Boy chicken (à 800 g)

Preparation steps

1.

In a bowl, stir together the curry paste, fish sauce, curry leaves, coconut cream and cumin. Rinse the chicken, pat dry and cut in half lengthwise. Place in a dish, rub with the marinade, cover and refrigerate 2 hours.

Heat the grill to medium and lightly oil the grates. Lift the chicken from the marinade and thread each on a skewer. Grill, turning the chicken as it cooks until cooked through, about 25 minutes.

Garnish with lime wedges.
