10 Grape leaves
1 lemon

Preparation steps

Cut each goat cheese log into 5-6 slices. Rinse lemon, wipe dry, finely grate zest and squeeze the juice. Roll goat cheese in lemon juice and sprinkle with lemon zest and pepper.

Wrap each goat cheese disc in a grape leaf and secure with a wooden skewer. Brush with oil. Place grape leaf packets along the edges of a hot grill and cook 2-3 minutes per side. Serve goat cheese hot, with white bread and wine, if desired.
