- 400 grams Goat cheese (in portions)
- freshly ground peppers
- 8 slices ham (such as Parma ham)
- 2 sprigs marjoram
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
Preparation steps

Season goat cheese portions with pepper and wrap in ham slices. Heat oil in a frying pan and add marjoram branches. Fry wrapped goat cheese for 2-3 minutes until light golden brown on all sides.

Garnish to taste with wild garlic and serve with fresh bread if desired.
