Grilled Cod with Lime and Lemon

- 600 grams Cod
- freshly ground peppers
- vegetable oil (for stone)
- 2 organic lemons
- 2 organic Limes
- 1 handful Fresh herbs (such as thyme, marjoram and parsley)
- Spice infused oil
Rinse cod, pat dry, cut into 8 pieces of approximately equal size and season with salt and pepper. Brush oil on a grill pan, heat and fry cod on each side for 2-3 minutes.
Cut lemons and limes in half, place in grill pan. Arrange cod. lemon and lime on a plate, sprinkle with herbs and spice-infused oil and serve.
