Rinse the lemons and limes in hot water, then finely grate. Squeeze half of the citrus, and remove the whole fruit segments from the other half.
2.
Mix the juice, zest, and fruit segments together. Weigh the mixture, then add the same amount of jam sugar. Bring to a boil, and cook for 5 minutes. Divide into the prepared sterilized jars. Seal tightly, and turn upside down for 10 minutes to cool slightly. Turn right side up and cool completely.
