1 tablespoon
For Honey Lime Yogurt Dip
1 cup
plain Yogurt
2 tablespoons
1 teaspoon
grated Lime zest

Preparation steps

1.
In the bowl of a food processor, combine all ingredients except the chicken wings and limes. Pulse until mixture is smooth.
2.
Rinse the chicken under cold running water and pat dry with paper towels. Place the chicken wings in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Pour the marinade mixture over the chicken. With clean hands, massage the marinade into the chicken. Cover chicken with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
3.
Set the grill up for direct grilling and preheat to medium-high heat.
4.
Brush the grill grate with oil. Place the chicken on the hot grill grate. Grill until wings are golden brown and crisp on the outside and cooked through, about 8 to 10 minutes per side.
5.
Brush the lime halves with honey and grill until golden and fragrant, about 45 to 60 seconds. Transfer chicken limes to a serving platter. Serve with yogurt dipping sauce.
