- 4 Chicken legs
- For the marinade
- 1 lemon (juice)
- salt
- white peppers
- 1 tsp ground paprika (sweet)
- 4 Tbsps dry sherry
- 8 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps
1.
Separate chicken legs at joints if desired, then rinse and pat dry.
2.
Mix together all the ingredients for the marinade pour over the chicken legs. Let marinate 20 minutes.
3.
Drain chicken legs, pat dry and place on hot grill. Grill 25 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking time and brushing with marinade.
4.
Serve with grilled lemon slices.
