- 8 Chicken drumstick
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tsps sweet ground paprika
- 6 Tbsps sunflower oil
- 4 Corn (cooked)
- Arugula (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Rinse the chicken drumsticks and pat dry with paper towels. Mix salt, paprika and oil together and brush on the drumsticks to coat. Grill on a covered preheated grill for 20-25 minutes (indirect grilling), turning occasionally. Meanwhile, cut corn cobs into sections and reheat in hot water. Place corn on the grill just before the end of cooking the chicken. Arrange chicken drumsticks and corn on plates and garnish with arugula leaves. Insert small wooden skewers or toothpicks into the corn sections and serve.
