1 onion
3 Tbsps olive oil
Chili powder

40 grams honey

Preparation steps

1.

For the potatoes: Scrub the potatoes thoroughly and cook in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes, until fork-tender. Drain.

For the chicken: Butterfly the chicken breasts. 

3.

Peel the onion and chop. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan, sauté the onions until translucent and season with salt, pepper and chili powder. Add the honey and toss to combine. 

4.

Preheat the grill or broiler and oil the grates or a baking sheet. 

5.

Sprinkle the chicken breasts with the marinade and grill for 10-20 minutes, until cooked through.

6.

Meanwhile, for the peppers: Rinse the peppers, cut into pieces, drizzle with oil, and grill on both sides for 5 minutes.

7.

Drizzle the potatoes with a little oil, season with salt and grill until golden brown.
