Green Salad with Strawberries and Gouda
Chop the peanuts and slightly roast in a pan without oil. Cool on a plate. Rinse the lettuce and cut into bite-size pieces. Spin dry.
Rinse the peppers and chop into quarters. Rinse the strawberries and cut into pieces. Dice the Gouda. Mix the vinegar with the salt, pepper and oil. Gently mix the prepared ingredients with the dressing and serve immediately.
