- For the salad
- ½ small Iceberg lettuce
- 1 small Lettuce
- 1 bunch Radish
- 12 Cherry tomatoes
- ½ bunch Chives
- 200 grams Gouda (cut in slices)
- For the vinaigrette
- 4 Tbsps Herb vinegar
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 tsp Mustard (sharp)
- 1 pinch sugar
- salt
- peppers
- 1 generous pinch ground paprika
Preparation steps

For the salad: Rinse lettuce and iceberg lettuce and cut into bite size pieces. Rinse the radishes and finely slice. Sprinkle with salt. Rinse the tomatoes and cut into quarter. Rinse the chives, shake dry and cut into rolls. Stack cheese and cut into thin strips, about 2-3 cm (approximately 1 inch) long.

For the vinaigrette: Whisk the oil with the sugar, salt, pepper, and paprika. Gradually whisk in the vinegar.
Toss the two lettuces with the tomatoes and radishes. Drizzle with vinaigrette.
To serve, sprinkle with chives.
