300 grams Strawberries (or more to taste)

Preparation steps

1.

Comine goat cheese well with chives, olive oil and pepper.

2.

Rinse the lettuce, trim, spin dry and tear small.

3.

Rinse strawberries, trim and cut in half lengthwise or quarter.

4.

Whisk vinegar, mustard and olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

5.

To serve, arrange lettuce and strawberries on plates. Form cheese mixture into small balls and place on the salad. Drizzle the salad with dressing.
