- 500 grams Smoked fish (such as pike and perch)
- 500 grams paprika (small, mild, light green)
- 1 small Zucchini
- 2 Limes
- 40 grams Walnut
- 3 Tbsps White vinegar
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 pinch sugar
- 2 Tbsps Walnut oil
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- cilantro

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse peppers, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs and cut into small pieces.
2.
Rinse zucchini, trim, cut in half crosswise. Plane one half into thin slices and cut remaining half crosswise into thin slices.
3.
Rinse lime with hot water, pat dry and cut into small pieces.
4.
Cut smoked fish into small pieces. Mix all prepared salad ingredients in a large bowl.
5.
Mix vinegar in a bowl with sugar and oils and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle the vinaigrette over salad and serve garnished with some cilantro leaves.
