- 1 Frisée
- ½ Radicchio
- 80 grams lamb's lettuce
- 12 Red cherry peppers
- 12 Artichoke hearts (canned)
- 1 Red onion
- 2 stalks Celery
- 2 Tbsps White vinegar
- 1 Tbsp coarse-grainy Mustard
- 1 tsp honey
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation steps

Loosen lettuce leaves from curly endive and radicchio, rinse, trim, spin dry and tear into smaller pieces. Rinse lettuce, trim and also spin dry. Rinse cherry peppers and cut in half. Drain artichoke hearts and also cut in half. Peel onion, cut in half and then into thin slices.

Rinse celery, trim, cut into thin slices and mix in a bowl with remaining salad ingredients. Transfer to plates. Mix vinegar in a bowl with mustard and honey. Gradually whisk in oil and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle mustard-garlic vinaigrette over the salad and serve.
