- 50 milliliters balsamic vinegar
- 50 milliliters hot Vegetable broth
- 1 small shallot
- 1 small garlic clove
- 2 Tbsps whole-grain Mustard (mild-medium hot)
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
- salt
- peppers
- 100 milliliters olive oil

Preparation steps
1.
Peel and finely dice the shallot and garlic. Mix into the hot broth, and let simmer a few minutes. Add to a glass jar with the remaining ingredients, and whisk well until thoroughly combined.

If left standing, the dressing may separate. Mix well until combined before serving again.
