Green Salad with Ham and Cheese
- 1 Lettuce
- 200 grams cooked ham (in slices)
- 125 grams Mountain cheese (in slices)
- 250 grams cooked chicken
- 3 tomatoes
- 10 Radish
- 1 small can Corn
Rinse the lettuce, remove tough stems, spin dry and pluck into small pieces.
Cut ham and cheese into fine strips.
Chicken into small cubes. Slice the tomatoes.
Cut radishes into slices.
For the salad dressing, mix all the ingredients together and coarsely puree. Season with salt and pepper.
Mix the ham, cheese, tomatoes, chicken cubes and radish with the salad dressing.
Place lettuce leaves in a bowl and distribute the remaining ingredients.
