- 200 grams mixed Lettuce (such as arugula, frisee, Batavia, etc.)
- 2 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
- salt
- peppers (freshly ground)
- 4 Tbsps sunflower oil
- 100 grams Prosciutto (thinly sliced)
- 80 grams grated Parmesan
- 50 grams fresh black Truffle

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse lettuce leaves thoroughly, trim, and spin dry. Tear lettuce into small bite-size pieces.
2.
Mix vinegar in a large bowl with salt and pepper and then gradually add oil while stirring. Add lettuce to the bowl and mix loosely.
3.
Brush truffles thoroughly with a paper towel and cut or slice into thin slices. Add to the salad, mix everything and serve immediately garnished with prosciutto and Parmesan.
