45 grams Walnut
2 Lettuce (400 grams)
2 Kohlrabi (600 grams)
2 small, red onions
2 Dill
4 Leeks
3 Tbsps White vinegar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsps olive oil
1 Tbsp Walnut oil
salt
freshly ground peppers
sugar
180 grams Prosciutto (such as San Daniele ham)

Preparation steps

Toast nuts in a dry pan until fragrant, cool and chop coarsely. Remove outer letttuce leaves, rinse and spin dry the rest of lettuce and tear into bite-sized pieces. Peel and halve kohlrabi, cut into pieces or slices. Peel onions, halve and cut into thin rings. Rinse and shake dry herbs. Chop dill finely and cut chives into rings.

Combine prepared vegetables. Whisk vinegar, lemon juice and oil, season with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar. Spread salad on plates and drizzle with a little vinaigrette. Tear ham into smaller pieces or leave whole, as desired. Arrange ham on top of salad and sprinkle with nuts. Serve.
