- 500 grams Cod
- 12 Langoustine (ready to cook)
- 600 grams green Asparagus
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 Tbsp green Curry paste
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 200 milliliters Chicken broth
- 200 milliliters Coconut milk
- Fish sauce
- cayenne pepper

Preparation steps

Rinse fish and pat dry. Cut the langoustines (Norway lobsters) in half lengthwise. Peel the bottom third of the asparagus, and cut diagonally into 3 cm long pieces. Peel garlic and chop finely. Sauté with the ginger, turmeric and curry paste in hot oil. Deglaze with the broth and bring to a boil. Stir in the coconut milk and the asparagus and simmer for about 5 minutes. Add the cod and langoustines, and simmer 5-6 minutes on low heat. Season with fish sauce and cayenne pepper to taste and serve spread on plates.

Serve with rice and garnish as desired.
