Preparation steps

1.

Rinse tomatoes and cut into large pieces.

2.

Peel cucumber, cut in half lengthwise, scrape out seeds with a spoon and cut into large pieces. Cut feta cheese into cubes.

3.

To make dressing, whisk vinegar with oil and season with salt and pepper. Stir in mint leaves and toss dressing with salad ingredients to coat.
