2 mild yellow onion
150 grams Feta
100 grams black Olives (pitted)
3 Tbsps White vinegar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 pinch sugar

3 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

Rinse the cucumber, halve lengthwise, scrape out the seeds and slice the halves. Rinse the tomatoes, remove the stalk and cut into small pieces. Rinse, halve and cut the peppers into strips. Peel the onions and cut into rings. Mix all the vegetables in a bowl. Spread the crumbled feta and olives on top.

Mix the vinegar, lemon juice, sugar and oil. Season with salt and pepper. Pour over the salad, mix together. Season to taste and serve with flatbread.
