Nutritional values
Grapes provide plenty of potassium and millet provides iron. Both are important for growth. Rapeseed oil also provides unsaturated fatty acids to protect the cells and makes the porridge a satisfying meal.
For a change, the porridge also tastes good with rice, oat or spelt flakes. You can exchange the grapes for tangerine, melon or pear.

Stir millet flakes with 125 ml (approximately 1/2 cup) of water in a small pot and bring to a boil. Stirring constantly, cook for about 3 minutes, then remove the pot from the heat.

Rinse grapes under warm running water and drain well. Cut in half and remove seeds if necessary.

Add oil and grapes to the millet and blend to a fine or coarse puree with an immersion blender, depending on the age of the child.
