2 onions (diced)
3 Tbsps butter
3 cups vegetable stock
1 cup milk

3 Tbsps butter

Preparation steps

1.
Fry the potatoes and the onions in the hot butter. Stir in the stock, season with salt, cover and simmer for approx. 30 minutes stirring occasionally. Finally add the milk and puree.
2.
Fry the bread cubes in the hot butter until golden brown. Serve the soup in bowls with the croutons on top and season with nutmeg.
