6 cups milk
1 Vanilla bean (seeds scrapped out)
4 eggs (separated)
½ cup sugar
5 tsps all-purpose flour
1 ⅔ cups seedless, green Grape (halved)
1 ⅔ cups red, seedless Grape (halved)
ground cinnamon (to garnish)

Preparation steps

1.
Place the milk, the vanilla seeds and the pod in a pot and bring to the boil.
2.
Beat the egg whites until stiff and leave to cool. Mix together the egg yolks and the sugar until foamy and stir in the corn flour. Gradually add the boiling milk.
3.
Return the mixture to the pot and bring to the boil again, stirring continuously. Remove from the heat and take out the vanilla pod. Fold in the egg white then pour into deep plates and serve garnished with the grapes and the cinnamon.
