- 50 grams sun-dried tomatoes (in oil)
- 2 sprigs marjoram
- 1 garlic clove
- salt
- peppers
- 1 generous pinch granular Vegetable broth
- 300 grams Goat cheese
- 2 Tbsps Whipped cream

Preparation steps
1.
Drain and chop the tomatoes. Remove the leaves from the marjoram, leaving some for garnish. Peel and finely dice the garlic.
2.
Mix the goat cheese with the cream and garlic until smooth. Miz in the marjoram, and season to taste with salt, pepper, and a little of the tomato oil.
3.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl, and garnish with marjoram, tomatoes, and freshly ground pepper.
