1 clove garlic cloves (halved)
2 Tbsps olive oil
1 cup Mushrooms (thinly sliced)
¼ cup Blue cheese
4 Tbsps grated Cheese
Chives (to garnish)

Preparation steps

1.
Preheat the grill.
2.
Place the bread on the rack and toast lightly on both sides.
3.
Remove the toast from the grill and rub one side of each slice with the garlic. Drizzle with a little oil, top with the mushrooms and add a bit more oil. Season with ground black pepper.
4.
Sprinkle the blue cheese and the grated cheese on top, return to the grill and toast for around 5 minutes.
5.
Remove from the grill, season with a little more pepper and serve garnished with chives.
