Preparation steps

Gently rinse the rose petals and pat dry. Peel the orange and cut the peel into thin spirals. Pour the rose petals, orange peel and peach liqueur into a punch bowl.

Pour in the chilled white wine. Let soak for about 30 minutes.

Fill with chilled sparkling wine and serve.
