- 800 grams waxy Boiled potato (cooled)
- 2 Tbsps Pastry flour
- 3 tsps chopped thyme
- 6 garlic cloves
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation steps
1.
Peel the potatoes and cut into large, bite-sized pieces. Coat in flour.

Peel the garlic and cut in half.
3.
Heat the oil in a large skillet set over medium heat. Add the potatoes and cook until golden brown. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant. Season with the thyme, and salt and pepper to taste.
