- 1 ⅕ kilograms small new Potato
- salt
- 3 Tbsps sunflower oil
- 1 bunch thyme
- Sea salt
- freshly ground peppers
- for the garnish
- Thyme flower

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the potatoes. Boil in salt water for 15-20 minutes. Remove and chop. Rinse the thyme, shake dry, pluck off the leaves and chop finely.
2.
In a large skillet, heat the oil. Fry the potatoes with the thyme until golden brown on all sides. Season with salt and pepper and serve garnished with thyme flowers.
