- 8 garlic cloves
- 1 bunch Lemon thyme
- Sea salt
- peppers (freshly ground))
- olive oil (for drizzling)
Preparation steps

Preheat the grill.

Halve the leek lengthwise. Rinse, trim, and cut into 10 cm (approximately 4 inch) long pieces. Peel the garlic. Rinse and dry the thyme.

Spread the leeks on a piece of aluminum foil. Top with the garlic and thyme. Season with salt and pepper, then drizzle with the olive oil. Seal the foil, place on a hot grill, and cook for about 8 minutes.
