Preparation steps

1.

Toast sesame seeds in a dry skillet for a few minutes while stirring until fragrant.

Mix sesame seeds in a bowl with soft butter. Peel garlic, squeeze through a press, add to bowl, mix and season to taste with cayenne pepper and salt. Shape butter into a log, wrap in aluminum foil and place in the refrigerator. Serve as desired.
