- 3 Tbsps fresh, mixed Fresh herbs finely chopped (parsley; dill, chives; tarragon; basil; cilantro; etc. )
- 2 cloves garlic cloves (peeled and pressed)
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
- 8 Tbsps softened Salted butter
- In addition
- 1 Baguette (cut into 1/2-inch slices)
- 1 long-handled Grill basket

Preparation steps
1.
Prepare grill for direct grilling and preheat to medium.
2.
Spread garlic-herb butter on both sides of the sliced bread and place in a single layer in the grill basket. Place the grill basket on the hot grill grate and grill for 1 to 2 minutes on each side or until each side is golden brown. Serve.
