14 ozs Spaghetti
1 ½ Tbsps butter
1 cup Pancetta (or bacon, in slices, chopped)
1 clove garlic cloves (finely chopped)
1.333 cups peas
2 eggs
½ cup Parmesan (freshly grated)
cup cream
salt
peppers

Preparation steps

1.
Cook the pasta in plenty of salted boiling water until al dente.
2.
Meanwhile, heat the butter in a pan. Add the pancetta and garlic and fry briefly. Add the peas and fry together briefly.
3.
Beat the eggs well, mix with the parmesan and cream and season with salt and plenty of ground black pepper.
4.
Drain the pasta and immediately mix through the egg mixture, then stir in the bacon and vegetables. Season with plenty of ground black pepper and serve immediately, sprinkled with more parmesan if desired.
