- 1 Banana
- 1 Apple
- 200 milliliters Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 150 milliliters Soy milk
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- mint (and orange peel and some kiwi for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Peel the kiwi and banana and coarsely chop. Rinse and peel the apples, remove the core and cut into cubes.
2.
Put everything in a blender along with the yogurt, milk, lemon juice and honey and purée until creamy.
3.
Pour into glasses and decorate 3 corners with kiwi. Thread the zest and mint decoratively on a cocktail stick and serve immediately
