Preparation steps

1.

Peel the kiwi and banana and coarsely chop. Rinse and peel the apples, remove the core and cut into cubes.

2.

Put everything in a blender along with the yogurt, milk, lemon juice and honey and purée until creamy.

3.

Pour into glasses and decorate 3 corners with kiwi. Thread the zest and mint decoratively on a cocktail stick and serve immediately
