2 Red onions
8 Radish
2 green Bell pepper
2 Pear
200 grams white seedless Grape
2 Tbsps grapeseed oil
1 tsp honey
2 Tbsps lemon juice
2 Tbsps chopped fresh parsley

Preparation steps

1.

Cube the edam. Peel the onions and cut into strips. Rinse the peppers, cut in half, remove the seeds and dice. Rinse, trim and cut the radishes into matchsticks. Peel pears, cut in half, remove the seeds and dice.

2.

Rinse and halve the grapes. Place everything in a bowl and mix with oil, lemon juice, honey and parsley. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
