- 1 large Ciabatta
- 2 Tbsps honey
- 2 Tbsps grainy Mustard
- 1 handful Watercress
- 2 Pear
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 150 grams Stilton cheese (crumbled)
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Preheat the oven broiler.

Cut ciabatta in half and cut lengthwise into 4 pieces. Toast the cut surfaces under the oven broiler, watching carefully. Mix honey and the mustard together. Remove ciabatta from the oven, allow to cool a little and brush with the honey mustard.

Rinse the watercress and shake dry. Peel pears, quarter and remove cores. Cut the quarters into slices. Mix immediately with the lemon juice. Distribute pear pieces and watercress over the ciabatta pieces and sprinkle with the crumbled cheese. Drizzle with the oil and top with freshly ground pepper. Serve immediately.
