Fruit Salad with Mascarpone Cream
Beat egg yolks and sugar until fluffy. Stir in yogurt and mascarpone and refrigerate.
Rinse and halve grapes.
Peel orange and remove pith and membranes.
Peel and slice banana and sprinkle with lemon juice. Peel, core and slice pears.
Toss fruit and serve with mascarpone cream.
