Preparation steps

1.

Rinse grapes, trim, cut in half and remove seeds, if necessary. Peel kiwis, cut in half lengthwise and cut into thin slices. Rinse apples, cut into quarters, remove core and cut into very narrow slices. Peel banana and cut crosswise into 0.5 cm (approximately 1/5 inch) thick slices. Mix prepared fruit in a salad bowl.

Mix lemon juice and honey. Pour honey mixture over fruit.

3.

Mix mascarpone with orange liqueur and brittle. Serve fruit salad in small bowls with mascarpone cream mixture.
